DM Player - Terms and Conditions

Welcome to DM Player. By signing up as a provider, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which govern your use of the DM Player platform ("Platform") provided by DroidMaster ("Company"). Please read these terms carefully before proceeding.

1. **Platform Usage**

• DM Player is a streaming application that enables providers to organize and manage metadata for content. The Platform does not host, store, or serve any multimedia content, including but not limited to videos, music, or images.
• You, as the provider, are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you link, provide metadata for, or forward through the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including copyright laws.

2. **No Hosting or Ownership of Content**

DM Player does not host, store, or have ownership over any content linked or provided through the Platform. DroidMaster is merely a technology provider offering tools for organizing and presenting metadata.

3. **Legal Liability**

• By using the DM Player Platform, you agree to release DroidMaster and its affiliates from any and all legal liability associated with the content you provide or link through the Platform.
• Providers are solely responsible for addressing any copyright infringement claims, DMCA notices, or other legal disputes arising from their use of the Platform.
• DroidMaster will not mediate or intervene in disputes related to copyright, licensing, or intellectual property infringement initiated by third parties.

4. **Intellectual Property**

• All intellectual property associated with the DM Player Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, software, and documentation, remains the sole property of DroidMaster.
• You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without prior written consent from DroidMaster.

5. **Prohibited Activities**

• Providers may not use the Platform to engage in any illegal activities, including but not limited to:
  • Sharing or linking to copyrighted material without appropriate permissions.
  • Uploading or linking to malicious or harmful software.
  • Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices.

6. **Indemnification**

By using the Platform, you agree to indemnify and hold DroidMaster, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Content-related legal disputes.
• Violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringement of third-party intellectual property rights.

7. **Termination of Use**

DroidMaster reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Platform at its sole discretion if a provider is found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

8. **Limitation of Liability**

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DroidMaster and its affiliates will not be held liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.

9. **Acceptance of Terms**

By signing up as a provider, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue the use of the DM Player Platform.
